Article: My Philosophy of Education

 Education is improving our knowledge; it helps us to develop our ideas and concepts. Through education, the knowledge of society, country, and of the world is passed on from generation to generation. It helps people to develop themselves and how to do many things. With education people become better and find a good job in an easy way. We can have a better society to live in by knowing and respecting rights, laws, and regulations. There are many aims for education in many aspects (social, cultural, vocational, spiritual, and moral). With education humans become productive members of society, Society is considered to be the result of interaction among the individuals either in small or large groups. Education makes the individual accountable to the community and the nation and realize the importance of social values like justice, fair play, healthy competition and harmony, etc. However, Education makes the individual capable of his livelihood. Also, by undergoing education, a child becomes cultured. An educated person respects another's culture. Education helps in building up the character of an individual. And in education there are many methods or strategies we can use it such as, Game-Based Learning this method encourage the students and make them more active in the classroom, or Maria Montessori method, Today, the Montessori method is most popular in preschools, kindergartens, and lower elementary grades, Children often work independently and have their choice of what to work on and where to work in the classroom. Also, there is a cooperative method that includes group work and this method makes learning as effective as possible. It included “think – pair – share”. Also, on this day there is personalized learning. And we should know that There is no “best” method of teaching, and many other methods like teacher or student centered. However, some methods do prove to be more effective than others. But I think each teacher should find a teaching method that fits their personality. Nowadays, the curriculum provides teachers and students with a measurable plan and structure for delivering a quality education. But I think the curriculum needs to develop, and the teachers play an important role in developing it. Then the curriculum is the path to academic success.

The role of a teacher in education is to make informed and intelligent decisions about practice to achieve various outcomes with and for students. Also, the teacher can find the best to help the students in their learning. On the other hand, the students should be respectful of the teacher and other students and to learn what they are being taught, and find ways to apply what they have learned in their daily life. Education is very important in our life.
